Orders placed on Paciotti Online Boutique are shipped worldwide via international courier.
Orders are shipped in 1-2 working days after the payment verification. In case of mistake, we will refund you the money directly on your credit card.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Duties and Taxes:
We ship using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method for CE countries, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and United Kingdom. For shipments in these Countries there are no additional costs to pay on delivery: the prices paid at the checkout is ALL-INCLUSIVE which means that includes import fees and is exempt from local VAT (Value Added Tax); eventual additional local taxes not related to custom import, such as State Tax or Use Tax, are not included and are at your charge and responsibility.
The volumetric weight of the shipment could be shown on the label.

For other Countries (Countries outside the CE area, USA or Canada), the courier may give you a separated invoice from local authorities for extra duties. We invite you to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order on the Paciotti Online Boutique.
