ONLINE ORDERS
HOW DO I ADD A PRODUCT TO MY SHOPPING CART?

After selecting the item, choose the color and size and click the Add to Cart button.

By clicking in the shopping cart icon in the upper right hand corner you can access the list of selected products. To the right of each product you will find the remove item button that will allow you to remove it from your cart.

HOW DO I COMPLETE AN ORDER?

By clicking in the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner you can access the list of selected products. If you have purchased two or more of the same products you will find them aggregated in the same row. On this page you can edit your order by deleting or adding products at any time. Each product in the cart can be changed by returning to the product tab. Proceeding with the purchase you will be asked to authenticate or continue as a guest and enter your shipping address. Before making the payment you can enter a discount code in case you have one. Finally, your order will be summarized and you can proceed with payment using the method of your choice. You will be notified of the success of your purchase and will receive an order confirmation email.


WHAT CAN I DO IF THE PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER HAS BEEN REFUSED?


If your payment has been declined we cannot reinstate your order but you will have to place another one. We always advise you to check your card information and make sure you have typed the security code written in your card correctly. If the problem persists we advise you to consult your bank.


WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED THE AMOUNT?

Immediately if the card is authorized. If not, we will notify you that your bank has not authorized us for payment.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

1.You can make payment with PayPal Credit Card and limited to some countries with Amazon Pay Postepay Evolution Klarna Credit Cards We accept major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. For American Express card payments, you must use PayPal. The transaction is secure and is hosted by Adyen's servers-we do not intercept or store customer credit card information.

HOW CAN I PAY USING APPLE PAY?

You can pay with Apple Pay using a Visa MasterCard or American Express card. Using a Mac device with a Mac OS Sierra operating system the option to pay with Apple Pay is only available on Safari. If your device is supported by Apple Pay this option will be set as the default payment method; you can then proceed to checkout as usual.


IS IT SAFE TO BUY FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?

By purchasing from our online store, security is guaranteed. In the purchase process every page intended to handle the credit card transaction is protected through the latest version of the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that all financial information - credit card number expiration date etc. - are encrypted in advance through a particularly robust and powerful algorithm and only then forwarded over the network. When you enter your credit card information, the financial information is sent directly to the bank's secure site. Neither we nor anyone else will ever have access to your credit card information thus ensuring maximum security.


CAN I PAY WITH A DISCOUNT CODE/COUPON?

You can pay with discount codes and coupons that are provided by Nome Shop during promos or special events. Always check its terms and conditions for validity. If everything is regular, enter the code in the appropriate form on checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS WERE NOT REIMBURSED TO ME.

Shipping charges calculated in the order are credited back in case of delivery of defective/damaged products or return of the entire order. In case of partial return, shipping costs are not refunded.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
We ship using the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method for CE countries, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. For all other countries, orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), and duties and import taxes may apply. For further information, please consult your local customs office.


WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days after a check on the actual availability of the product and the payment check. In case of errors the amount charged to your credit card may be refunded. Shipments are delivered in 1-3 business days in Italy and 3-5 business days abroad depending on the delivery area and the time the order was placed or payment received.


DO YOU MAKE DELIVERIES ON HOLIDAYS?

No, we do not deliver on holidays and weekends. In fact, in these cases it is likely that the delivery slips a few days. We advise you in any case to monitor the package through the link you find in the shipment confirmation email.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

MY ORDER HAS NOT YET ARRIVED. HOW DO I PROCEED?

Tracking the progress of your package by checking that the shipping address entered is correct and verifying that it has not been contacted by the courier. Alternatively, by contacting our customer service department at Contact Us. Our customer service department will provide all information as soon as possible


IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change an order after it has been completed. We therefore advise you to arrange a different shipping location with the courier if the first delivery is unsuccessful.


I WAS NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. WILL A SECOND DELIVERY ATTEMPT BE MADE?


Of course! On the first missed delivery, the courier will leave a walking notice with which you can set a date for a second delivery.

DO YOU MAKE DELIVERIES TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES?

Of course. You must indicate a different shipping location when you are in checkout and make sure there is always someone available when the package is delivered.


DO YOU MAKE DELIVERIES TO POST OFFICE BOXES?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service.


OUR RETURN POLICY


It is possible to request the return of a product within 14 days from the date of the order delivery (according to D.L. 206/2005). To initiate the returns process, you must create a request via the paciotti.com/pages/returns form.You will receive an email in which you will be given the necessary directions for the procedure. The choice of shipping company and the related costs, as well as the eventual customs duties, are borne by the customer.

Acceptance of returned goods occurs only in the following cases (according to D.L. 206/2005):
- the product must be undamaged and unused;
- the tag accompanying the product and/or the seal must not have been removed;
- the return of the product purchased online must be made only by following this procedure.
Upon verification of the existence of the above conditions we will refund the amount paid. In the absence of the above conditions, the product will be returned to the sender.

You will be refunded all amounts paid, including any shipping costs (but except for additional costs resulting from possible choice of a means of delivery other than the least expensive means of standard delivery offered by DROP), minus - if applicable - the cost of return, as well as any customs charges for returns from countries outside the EU.

Note: Returns of items purchased online will not be accepted without first following the above procedure and complying with the above requirements.
